Lowcountry Chili Cook-Off
Come join us for the pot of fire
Theme – Invite First responder and military teams to enter the competition. *Also open to civic groups and public.
$25 per team to enter *military teams will be reimbursed.
2 members per team (one should represent your organization) Organizations may enter more than one team
Example- Anytown Fire Department – Team #1, Team #2, Team #3
Date – Saturday, 16 October, 2021
Place – Cane Bay YMCA – Cane Bay Blvd. Summerville, SC
Time – 10am set up / event starts at 12noon – ends at 3pm.
Tickets – $5 pp / active duty and children under 12 no charge.
Accessories – Food trucks, MC/DJ, Prizes, Kids Korner, Vendors
Provided by the event coordinator: spoons, napkins, 2oz. cups, signage, markers, posters, MC/DJ
Electric & running water provided? YES! * a very limited electric source is available.
Equipment needed by teams;
CHILI – Bring your best recipe! A 6’ – 8’ table, serving spoons, cleaning supplies, trash can. (suggested) Canopy, Team identification: (signage/banner/flag) Cooking equipment – portable gas stove, generators, Xcords,
