A Feast For A Good Cause

Supporting Our Troops at Stewart

There’s nothing like good food to bring people together, and our very first Pig Roast Luncheon proved just that. Towns4Troops had the honor of hosting this special event in support of some incredible Marines stationed at Stewart Air National Guard Base, and it was a day filled with gratitude, camaraderie, and community spirit.

From the very first savory aroma to the last satisfied smile, the luncheon was a huge success. Our goal was simple: to provide a hearty, home-style meal while showing these dedicated service members that their hard work and sacrifice do not go unnoticed. Judging by the laughter, full plates, and lively conversations, mission accomplished.

This event would not have been possible without the incredible partnership and guidance of J&K Farms and Long Lot Farm Brewery. Their expertise in crafting a perfect pig roast, from preparation to presentation, ensured that everything ran smoothly and tasted amazing. We’re so grateful for their generosity, knowledge, and community-minded spirit.

We encourage everyone to shop local, support these wonderful businesses, and experience for yourself the quality and care they put into everything they do.

And to our Marines at Stewart, thank you for your service. And to everyone who helped make our first Pig Roast Luncheon possible, we salute you.

Lasting Impact

Towns4Troops is a dedicated nonprofit organization born from the spirit and community connection of our annual First Responder Iron Chef-Style BBQ Competition. What began as a single event has grown into a mission-driven effort to support and uplift the social and emotional well-being of our local military members and their families.

Through engaging events, community outreach, and year-round initiatives, we strive to create meaningful opportunities for connection, appreciation, and support for those who serve, and the loved ones who stand beside them.
